國外發達國家的一些鋼廠老化房采用干法電除塵

自20世紀50~60年代老化房在發明和開始推廣起,老化房冷卻除塵就大量使用一種碗形噴嘴,目前還在廣泛應用。有些鋼廠也采用反濺式和三線內螺旋型噴嘴。碗形噴嘴的最主要問題是易堵塞,比如某廠一文所用的碗形噴嘴,剛用時噴水量為80#90t/h,使用約一周后噴水量就只有40#50t/h。噴嘴堵塞后自然冷卻能力不足;另外噴嘴體積大,產生的阻力也大。

國外發達國家的一些鋼廠老化房采用干法電除塵。在干法電除塵中,對噴嘴的霧化冷卻效果要求就更加嚴格,因為煙氣溫度低于露點溫度,粉塵會粘結到電極板上,不僅增加工作量,而且會使電除塵起不到除塵作用;煙氣溫度過高則粉塵的比電阻過高,電除塵系統也會形同虛設。采用布袋干式除塵也有類似的問題。
